NRX Inshore Casting

The NRX+ Inshore Casting series serves saltwater inshore species, redfish, snook, speckled trout, flounder, with an emphasis on long-distance casting over flats and around structure. The intended angler values sensitivity for detecting subtle takes and appreciates the weight reduction that allows all-day casting without fatigue. These are premium tools priced accordingly; not entry-level inshore rods. Blanks are American-made and rolled with G.

Loomis' Spiral X construction, a triple-layer carbon architecture (oblique core / longitudinal middle / reverse-oblique outer) borrowed from Shimano's manufacturing technology. This layering substantially increases torsional rigidity without added weight. The multi-taper design creates precisely defined action transitions. Guides are Fuji Titanium SiC; reel seats are Fuji CI4+, lightweight and direct-contact with the blank for maximum sensitivity.

All three casting models run fast action. The lineup in this casting sub-series covers 6'6" to 7'0", with two ML-power fast-action options and one M-power fast-action. The 781C at 6'6" suits tighter quarters; both 841C and 842C share 7'0" length but differ in power (ML vs M), splitting between lighter finesse presentations and heavier half-ounce work. No heavy power options, this series is outside the tarpon or bluewater tool lane.
