Trout Signal

The Trout Signal is Jackson's accessible stream and area trout series, sharing blank components with the Kawasemi Rhapsody to deliver similar performance at a lower price point. Six models cover 4ft3in to 6ft2in in both spinning (TRSS) and baitcasting (TRSC) configurations, including five-piece travel variants of the shortest 4ft3in length. Each single-piece model is available in three colourways (Indigo Blue, Olive, Sand Beige); the five-piece models come in Crayon Grey.

Power ratings span Ultra Light to Light across all models, with lure ceilings from MAX6g to MAX8g. Line ratings are in lb (MAX 4lb-6lb). Rod weights run 80g to 102g, slightly heavier than the Kawasemi Rhapsody equivalents. Action is Fast across most models, with Regular on the 6ft2in spinning model (TRSS-62L) that prioritises controlled casting in open area environments.

All models are priced at ¥13,750 (single-piece) or ¥15,400 (five-piece), making the Trout Signal one of the most affordable purpose-designed stream trout rods available from a Japanese brand. The colour range and shared-platform construction allow anglers to access Kawasemi Rhapsody geometry at a significant price reduction.
