The Tundra Pro is Okuma's step-up surf spinning series above the base Tundra, sharing the same lineup concept but built with a graphite composite blank instead of full fiberglass. This shifts the weight/sensitivity balance: noticeably lighter than the base Tundra at equivalent lengths, with UFRII tip reinforcement adding durability to the graphite tip section. Intended for the same surf, pier, and distance-casting applications as the base Tundra but for anglers who want reduced blank mass. Solid mid-tier option.

Graphite composite construction with UFRII (Ultimate Flex Reinforced) tip technology adds strength to the slimmer graphite tip. Double-foot stainless steel guide frames throughout. The larger models (12', 15') use 3-piece blanks; the 7' and 8' are 2-piece. EVA grips with split configuration on some models to reduce weight. Line ratings run heavier than the base Tundra despite similar descriptions, 20–40 lb across most models versus 10–30 lb on the base series, showing a heavier-duty focus even at the shorter lengths.

Six spinning models from 7' to 15', all MH (or M at 7'/8') and MF action. The 7' M (TXP-S-702M, 10–20 lb, 1/2–2 oz) and 8' M (TXP-S-802M, 10–25 lb, 3/4–2 1/2 oz) are the lighter general-use end; their heavier line ratings vs the Tundra base suggest these are still salt-oriented tools. The 9' MH through 15' MH (all 20–40 lb, 2–8 oz) form a cohesive heavy surf progression. The 15' TXP-S-1503MH is the distance-casting flagship, significantly lighter than the glass Tundra TU-150 at equivalent length.

TXP-S-702M Spinning · 7' 0" · M · MF action

Shortest Pro model. At 7' M with 10–20 lb and 1/2–2 oz this is a versatile general-purpose surf or jetty rod, also serviceable for live-bait fishing in moderate current. Comparable application to the base Tundra TU-70 but heavier line-rated throughout.

TXP-S-1503MH Spinning · 15' 0" · MH · MF action

Longest model; graphite composite blank at 15' is significantly lighter than the glass Tundra TU-150. Built for tournament-style distance casting from open beach with 4–6 oz pyramid sinkers. The higher minimum line rating (20 lb) versus the base Tundra's 10 lb confirms a heavy-tackle focus.
