Voyager Signature Surf Rods

Four-piece travel surf series designed for anglers who need full-length surf capability without a rod tube that exceeds airline or vehicle size limits. Primary application is surf fishing from sandy beaches for stripers, redfish, corbina, and similar inshore surf species. The breakdown format keeps assembled length around 9–10 feet while the collapsed rod plus tube fits standard luggage or car storage. Sold as a genuine-performance travel option, outside the casual rod that folds for convenience lane.

Blanks are 24-ton carbon with UFR tip technology. Fuji Tangle-Free (K-Concept) guide frames with FazLite inserts reduce guide weight and resist saltwater corrosion. Fuji DPS reel seat handles modern spinning reels with positive lock. Non-slip shrink tube and EVA fore and rear grips handle salt spray and extended casting sessions. Rated for surf conditions with a 4-piece joint system that claims minimal performance penalty versus a two-piece equivalent, a common compromise not always achieved in budget travel designs, but user feedback suggests this series performs above expectations.

Lineup covers a 9'0" M (light surf, 10–25 lb, 3/4–2 oz) for finesse surf work and smaller species, two 10'0" MH models in both casting (15–30 lb, 1–4 oz) and spinning (15–30 lb, 1–4 oz), and a 10'0" H spinning (17–40 lb, 2–6 oz) for heavier surf conditions or larger bait presentations. The casting model at 10'0" MH is the only baitcaster option; the remaining three are spinning.
