EARLY for Mobile
Three- and four-piece travel rods from 7'6" to 9'6" that close to under 81 cm
EARLY for Mobile is the travel line of the EARLY All Casting family: multi-piece rods that break into three or four sections, which Yamaga Blanks set out to make feel like two-piece rods rather than trade performance for portability. The maker pitches them at anglers who reach the water by motorbike, bicycle or public transport and at travellers packing a rod in a suitcase. Sections join with put-over ferrules plus a grip joint, and the rods close to 667 to 807 mm.
The 8'4" 84ML/4pcs (5 to 24 g, PE 0.6 to 1.2, 126 g) is the port and estuary model for seabass and black sea bream with minnows, pencils, jigheads and sinking pencils. The 9'6" 96MMH/4pcs (10 to 60 g, PE 1 to 2, 180 g, 98.7 percent carbon) covers sandy shores, rocks and rivers with minnows over 14 cm, heavy vibrations and blades for seabass, plus light jigs and soft plastics for small bluerunners and flatfish. The 7'6" 76MMH/3pcs (8 to 55 g, PE 1 to 2) is the three-piece for rivers, ports, reefs and boats, with a sensitive tip and a butt built for an unexpectedly large fish.
All three date to 2022 and are priced from ¥43,500 to ¥48,500 before tax.
