Calamaretti Rosso is a limited-quantity special colour of the Calamaretti 852M, finished in ruby red at a time when most eging rods are black. The specification follows the standard Calamaretti: a high-modulus blank with Super Quattro Graphite Cross XX and the patented G-MAPS process in the butt, titanium-frame guides with Torzite rings in the tip section, a spigot ferrule, a split EVA grip and Olympic's OP-02 carbon reel seat in an uplock position.
