Current-tuned Finezza Prototype special edition on Torayca T1100G for fast tidal water
Finezza Prototype S.T. Limited is a special tune of the Finezza Prototype for fishing strong tidal currents, developed from the methods of an Olympic light-game specialist and revised for 2026, with releases scheduled from autumn 2026. Olympic adds Toray Torayca T1100G for sensitivity and strength and stiffens the tip section to stand up to the fast currents of the Seto Inland Sea while keeping lure feel, and the butt section uses Super Quattro Graphite Cross LV and G-MAPS to resist twist and crush. The blank description also lists Nanoalloy. Joints are spigot ferrules, guides are titanium-frame Torzite, and each grip end carries a balancer end cap with an Olympic plate.
The 26GFINPC-702ML/M-HS+ is the bait model, with the T1100G Solid HS+ tip for heavier jigheads and plugs and quick repeat casts for run-and-gun anglers, a spiral guide layout and an FBCS seat. The spinning models use the OP-02 seat in a down-lock layout. The 722L-HS+ balances hooking and taking bites with jigheads, split-shot and light carolina rigs, metal jigs and micro wind (dart action) in tough conditions; the 752L-T is the most versatile and favours reaction fishing with metal jigs and micro wind; and the 7112ML-T casts carolina and float rigs to offshore breaks while keeping direct feel in strong current. Prices run ¥52,000 to ¥55,000 ex-tax.
