Top Olympic light-game rods on Torayca T1100G, M40X and M46X, 7'2" to 8'3"
Super Finezza is the top of Olympic's light-game range, relaunched for 2026 on Toray Torayca T1100G, M40X and M46X, with Super Quattro Graphite Cross LV over almost the full length and G-MAPS in the butt section. Every model uses the OP-01 carbon reel seat in a down-lock layout, titanium-frame Torzite guides with an SiC top in T2 colour and spigot ferrules. Olympic describes the result as firm yet bending smoothly, light and strong, for several light-game species. Two models are on sale, and the 832ML-T follows from autumn 2026.
The 722L-HS+ has a higher-modulus build with an action closer to an ajing rod and a shaved-down Torayca T1100G Solid HS+ tip, covering jighead lift-and-fall to small plugs, rated to 10 g. The 762ML-T is a faster tubular-tip all-rounder for jigheads, plugs, carolina and float rigs, with butt power to keep fish away from submerged rocks, rated to 16 g. The 832ML-T is the distance model for rocks and cobble beaches with heavier jigheads, carolina and float rigs, which Olympic also pitches for middle game (mid-weight light game) with jigheads, plugs and light metal jigs, rated to 20 g. Japanese retail is ¥95,000 to ¥97,000 ex-tax, through Olympic's authorised dealers.
