Crankbait XG Casting Rods

Glass crankbait casting series built specifically for deflection-style retrieves where the rod absorbs the strike and keeps treble hooks pinned through the fight. Designed for bass anglers running squarebills, medium-divers, and lipless cranks in cover where a carbon rod's stiffness would pull hooks. Blanks are 100% S-glass construction, delivering a parabolic load that bends into the belly on both cast and fight. S-glass is heavier than carbon but provides unmatched flex and durability under repeated load cycles.

Components include Fuji Trigger reel seats, cork split grips, and Fuji SiC guides throughout. Color coding (BLU vs. RED) differentiates variants at each length but specs are otherwise identical, likely visual-preference SKUs. The XG4-T trolling model uses the same glass blank concept adapted for planer board or flat-line trolling instead of casting. Seven models total: three length pairs (7'0", 7'4", 7'9") each in BLU and RED colorways, plus one trolling variant (XG4-T BRN 7'11").

All casting models share M action and 8–20 lb line/1/4–1 oz lure range. The progression from 7'0" to 7'9" adds casting distance and rod load; the 7'9" XG3 is the go-to for deep-diving cranks. The trolling model stands apart from the casting trio in application.
